Born in Athens, Greece, TeeJay and her family moved to Toronto when she was just 9 months old and later from Toronto to BC at the age of 8.  She has been grateful to travel back to Greece a few times over the years, but today you will find her settled in Shawnigan Lake.  Prior to coming to Cedars, TeeJay spent 10 years working in a seniors home in James Bay.  Today, she is loving the change of pace – country living looks good on TeeJay!  She is passionate about her work at Cedars, bringing the family passion of cooking and love of good food to the team.  When not at work, you may find TeeJay hunting, kayaking, panning for gold – but her favorite pastime is being with her grandchildren and spending time with her puppies Seko and Sir Remington.
