Sydney joined the Cedars team in 2021, initially as our Clinical Coordinator and has now transitioned to the Continuing Care Coordinator. Empathy and compassion are at the core of who she is, passionate about supporting individuals to meet their recovery goals. Her role is dedicated to helping individuals as they transfer from our primary program along the recovery continuum of care ranging from additional programming, building connectivity to our alumni network and supportive recovery living - Sydney is all about connection!
