I was born and raised on Vancouver Island and have called the Cowichan Valley home for most of my life.  Having experienced firsthand the effects of addiction on my family, friends and community, I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work with the Cedars family, and to help facilitate healing in my community and others across Canada.  I aspire to lead my life with compassion, empathy and a good dose of humour.
