With nearly 20 years of experience in the culinary field, Patrick says that Cedars is by far the job he has enjoyed the most. He brings creativity, humour, responsibility, and a hard work ethic to his kitchen duties. In his free time, Patrick enjoys working on his Mustang and spending time with his dog, Josie. In the future, Patrick hopes to excel within Cedars and travel for personal growth.
