I've spent most of my life here on Vancouver Island, but I have had the opportunity to live in Abbotsford, Quesnel, and Clearwater BC. There are four things in my life that I love. My 3 boys, my doggo, music and volunteering at recovery events. The most rewarding careers I've had so far, have been as a flagger and as an insurance advisor. Both were challenging in their own rights, and I was able to see just what I was capable of. My most favorite part of my life though is my recovery. Being sober has been my greatest challenge, and has allowed me to become the best version of myself that I can be. My recovery is also why I find myself at Cedars. Supporting others is the work I want to be doing, and learning to do that at Cedars is going to be a great experience.
